Jason inspection were quick, to respond ! When I was first asked by the insurance company to have the 4-point inspection, I had no idea what that was, or what to expect! Or how long it would take to get someone to do it! Jason responded at the first and only request! Was here, very professional and knew what he needed to do and did it! It was such a relief I didn’t have to wait weeks for the inspection !

Jason recently inspected a property that we are planning to purchase. He was not only responsive, and able to work us in the same week that we called, he was incredibly thorough! His report was well detailed, with a ton of informative pictures and suggested ways to remedy the issues that we found. I would highly recommend his services!

Living almost 1500km away, I needed a reliable honest and thorough inspector to complete the pre-purchase home inspection. I choose Kelly because they were certified and had a good BBB rating and great reviews. Jason did exactly what I needed and became my eyes and ears to make me feel comfortable making this purchase. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions. Appreciate his candor and assistance.
